K.Viswanath Elected to Council of Institute of Chartered Accountants

BANGALORE, INDIA - Mr. K. Viswanath, B.Com, FCA, DISA(ICAI), CIA(IIA), managing partner of K.P. Rao & Co., has been elected Vice Chairman of the Southern India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for the year 2011-12.

The southern region comprises of the southern states of Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala & Podicherry, and has more than 35,000 members of the ICAI.
